Deposits
$200.00 deposit at time of reservation to hold
dates.
Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
$150.00 refundable damage deposit after walk through
check out.
Payments by credit card are subject to an additional
charge of 5%
Cancellations and
Policies
0 – 45 days no refunds
46 – 60 days - $200.00 deposit is non-refundable for
service fees
60+ days – deposit is fully refundable
